Expanding Across Industries
Growth in 2025 wasn’t limited to one channel or category. We welcomed twenty nine new customers, strengthening partnerships across our industries while continuing to support long-standing relationships.
One of the year’s most significant milestones was the opening of our new facility in the Philippines. Designed to support long-term growth, the facility features expanded production space, new equipment, and enhanced quality control testing. Production is already underway, and we’re heading into the new year with a clear path toward full operational capacity.
In-person connections remained just as important. At IBEX, we connected with Marine customers to exchange ideas, showcase solutions, and stay closely aligned with evolving industry needs.
E-commerce also continued to play a key role in how customers access ITC products. Through Manufacturers’ Select®, we fulfilled 16,550+ orders, underscoring our commitment to reliability and service at every stage. Our top-selling product of the year was the Fontana™ Exterior Shower, a favorite for its durability and clean design.
Product Innovation in Action
Innovation remained a driving force at ITC in 2025, with thirty three new products launched across categories and applications. From functional upgrades to entirely new solutions, these introductions reflect our ongoing focus on performance, durability, and thoughtful design.

This powerful light combines a corrosion-resistant turned bronze housing with a glass lens engineered to handle thermal expansion. Advanced electronics manage heat for reliable operation, while included mounting hardware allows for fast, straightforward installation.
Magnetic Latch System
Built with durability in mind, this intuitive system features high-strength, abrasion-resistant materials for dependable performance. A robust latch provides confident locking and long service life, while recessed and surface-mount receiver options support versatile installation needs.
Rise™ Dual Drink Holder

In addition to catalog growth, ITC continued to support OEM partners with tailored solutions, developing twenty two custom products designed to meet unique specifications and integrate seamlessly into customer designs.
Investing in Our Team
Our people remain at the heart of everything we do. In 2025, we welcomed fourteen new team members, expanding our expertise and strengthening collaboration across departments.
Beyond day-to-day work, we made time to connect and celebrate together. From team movie nights, to employees traveling in the company RV, to outings on Lake Michigan aboard our company tritoon, these moments helped strengthen relationships and build camaraderie.
Giving Back to Our Communities
Giving back remained a meaningful focus in 2025. ITC supported twenty six charitable organizations, extending our impact well beyond our walls. In addition, employees dedicated 161 hours to volunteering, contributing their time and energy to causes that matter both locally and nationally. We're proud to support:
