In 2023, we extended a warm welcome to 19 new customers who entrusted us with their needs across industries including Marine, RV, and others. Our expertise across a variety of industries sets us apart as a provider.
The expansion wasn't just in clientele; our Elkhart facility underwent a transformation, completing a substantial building renovation. The updated space now boasts new office and hoteling facilities, an employee lounge, a state-of-the-art training room, and a revamped showroom to showcase our innovative solutions.
Showcasing Excellence
Exhibiting at five unique trade shows—including IBEX, the Elkhart Extravaganza RV Supplier Show, NATM, PG Enlighten, and West Michigan Lighting's Illuminate—allowed us to engage with customers and attendees, showcase our latest products, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Additionally, we processed 18,750+ orders for our e-commerce customers through Manufacturers’ Select®, solidifying our commitment to exceptional customer service at every level.

Building a Stronger Team
As a five-time winner of West Michigan’s Best & Brightest Companies to work for, our success is intrinsically tied to the dedication of our team. In 2023, we welcomed 18 new team members, expanding our community of skilled professionals.
To foster continuous learning, we hosted 8 educational department open houses, and our employees dedicated an impressive 3,080 hours to bonus learning and training initiatives. Celebrating loyalty, 7 employees marked a decade or more with ITC, a testament to our supportive and engaging workplace culture.
Adventures and Celebrations
Beyond the office, we took time to celebrate our successes and enjoy each other's company. 16 team members embarked on trips in our company RV, creating memories on the road, and our team hit the waves of Lake Michigan in our company tritoon 13 times, soaking in the sun and building camaraderie.
